  "description": "<p>The performance of the final 2S module prototypes for the Phase-2 Upgrade of the CMS Outer Tracker has been investigated in system and integration tests.</p>\n\n<p>Cosmic muons were tracked with a stack of three 2S modules and the final 2S prototype module design was tested in a beam test at DESY.</p>\n\n<p>Several integration tests on subdetector structures were performed. Tests with modules mounted on TB2S ladders focused on the thermal and electrical performance of the modules. Also, a first integration test with 2S modules on a TEDD dee was performed.</p>",
