In this thesis, the dynamic integration of resources into a heterogeneous resource pool is shown. Furthermore, the usage for Computation- and Data-intensive Particle Physics Analysis is shown. Therefore, studies of a triple differential Z+Jet cross-section measurement are also discussed which was performed on a heterogeneous resources pool used at ETP and GridKa.
